Executive Team

Each club has its own executive team which consists of seven members:
President, Vice President Education, Vice President Membership,
Vice President Public Relations, Secretary, Treasurer, Sergeant at arms

President (Chairman)

Directs, produces and presents the evening’s program
Manages the business session
Introduces the guests and hands over to the toastmaster of the evening

Vice President Education

Accompanies our learning progress
Responsible for agenda

Vice President Membership

Responsible for (new) members

Vice President Public Relations

Responsible for promoting our club outside of the meeting
Fills often the function of the newsletter editor

Secretary

Makes the minutes during the executive meetings

Treasurer

Responsible for the budget: incomes and expenditures

Sergeant at arms

Is the floor manager for the Chairman
Welcomes members and visitors as they arrive
