Executive Team
Each club has its own executive team which consists of seven members:
President, Vice President Education, Vice President Membership,
Vice President Public Relations, Secretary, Treasurer, Sergeant at arms
President (Chairman)
- Directs, produces and presents the evening’s program
- Manages the business session
- Introduces the guests and hands over to the toastmaster of the evening
Vice President Education
- Accompanies our learning progress
- Responsible for agenda
Vice President Membership
- Responsible for (new) members
Vice President Public Relations
- Responsible for promoting our club outside of the meeting
- Fills often the function of the newsletter editor
Secretary
- Makes the minutes during the executive meetings
Treasurer
- Responsible for the budget: incomes and expenditures
Sergeant at arms
- Is the floor manager for the Chairman
- Welcomes members and visitors as they arrive
